I’ve been with the company for 29 years. Over those years my job title has changed many times, from production to account manager to my current role as operations manager. I also spend a lot of time doing HR and ISO Compliance.

For me, the advantage of working for a company of our size is that I get to diversify into different areas and learn the do’s and don’ts of getting the best results for our clients.

As Operations Manager, I ensure that all client work is scheduled into production and kept on track to maintain agreed deadlines with the client.  I also make sure that we have the correct resources  needed to maintain the smooth running of operations.

An interesting fact about me, I’m a therapeutic counsellor. I also enjoy the gym and my colleagues say I’m the only one who can die cut with a straight edge guillotine!
