I have spent most of my career in senior management and have been a company director for over 12 years. Prior to that, I spent most of my career working in IT management.

I currently sit on several Boards – The Strategic Mailing Partnership (SMP) and the Letters Advisory Board (LAB). I also chair the Print Council at the Data Marketing Association (DMA). Together, we try to tackle the issues that our industry faces, as well as promoting it and providing education.

My day-today role within the business more of a strategic one; I work on the business, not in the business. It is my responsibility to decide the overall direction of the company and how it is going to get there, along with representing us within the industry.
