EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS WITH PARTIALLY ADDRESSED MAIL

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS WITH PARTIALLY ADDRESSED MAIL

Partially Addressed mail is here and having been involved since the earliest phase of testing, we are seeing some fantastic results on our clients’ campaigns! Talk to us about it.

What is Partially Addressed?

Partially Addressed is a product from Royal Mail, designed for advertisers. Instead of addressing a mailing item to an individual prospective customer, the mail item is addressed to the household using a generic title, such as ‘The homeowner’ or ‘The food lover’ etc.

Why would I want to use Partially Addressed in my campaigns?

Two words: customer acquisition. If you wish to acquire customers – and let’s face it, who doesn’t – then you need to give this product some serious attention.

So, I acquire customers just by removing their name?

Households are targeted using geo-demographics at a postcode level. Crucially that means they are targeted without the use of any personal data. We will do all the magic behind the scenes and identify your prospects for you.

Ok, so this is GDPR compliant?

Exactly. Not using any personal data to identify potential customers means a big tick in the GDPR compliance box!

What other advantages are there?

We’re talking significantly lower postage costs in comparison to fully addressed mail. It’s 4p per item cheaper to send a letter and 2p per item cheaper for large letters. At the end of the day, this is cold targeting, so it’s got to be worth your while!

In addition, you will face significantly reduced data costs – after all, you’re not purchasing any personal, cold acquisition data. Not only that, but our processing charges are notably cheaper.

Does it really work?

Yes, it does. It’s what you do with it that counts and this is where our expertise comes in. We have some great case studies that we’re happy to share with you.
