Envelope Supply & Print

No piece of direct mail can persuade, convince, or sell if it doesn't get read. That's why, in direct mail the very first hurdle a mailing has to jump, is to get the envelope opened.

Some mailers prefer an envelope with messages and offers on them. But unless these are carefully written they can let some people decide that the envelope is not worth opening and they will discard it.

A plain envelope will force people to open it and handle the items inside, but if they are disappointed with these the mailing will also get discarded.

What's right for your mailings will only be understood by testing different envelopes and finding which ones bring the highest response. We can supply you with all manner of envelopes at great prices, but before you choose, there are a few more things you should know.

Machine Enclosing

Enclosing by machine will save you money and as the process is faster than hand enclosing your mailings can be quickly in the post.

Envelopes are generally machineable if the flap is on the longest side of the envelope, making it a 'wallet' envelope, although 'squares' are suitable as long as the flap is not pointed. We are happy to advise you on the choice of envelopes for machine enclosing and have a range of different sizes and qualities in stock.
