Using CleanData

CleanData is a fast online data cleansing service. It allows you to upload your data direct from your office and screen it against services such as PAF, MPS, TPS, bereavement register and much more. You don’t need to send data away on disks or tape; everything is managed securely online.

Free Data Analysis

There's no charge for using CleanData to check the quality of your lists or for the reports that you receive. You only pay for the services you wish to use after seeing the results. You can choose to analyse your address files against the following:

Payment

All processing is charged on a sliding scale per 1000 rate. The higher the volume of data, the less the per 1000 price, you will see the prices for the services on your screen.

Registered users pay by credit card; this is to prevent dummy accounts being created for data cleansing.

If you prefer to be invoiced for data cleansing you will need to open an account with us. Register As a New User, then go to the Customer Area and click on the 'I don't want to pay by credit card, I want to be invoiced' link and fill in the application. Subject to credit checks you will then be able to use the service.

For most direct mail users CleanData will be entirely sufficient for your needs. But if you need more detailed analysis; heirarchical deduping or data extraction, simply Contact Us now for help and advice.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the online version of CleanData is most effective for B2C lists. If you require the equivalent services for B2B lists, then please contact us directly, as these services are provided as a bureau service
