Only a few years ago, envelopes were usually addressed by affixing labels – functional, but not very attractive. ( Much longer ago, envelopes were individually typed, and very nice they looked too! )
Now, using our inkjetting machines, we can output your data directly onto envelopes, carrier sheets and postcards. You can choose from a variety of fonts, including ‘handwriting’ fonts.
It is a versatile and very personal way to address your mailing piece.
It is fast too and PPI’s & Return Addresses can be run at the same time if you don’t want the expense of an overprinted envelope.
When mailing postcards, do remember to check that the stock is suitable – a matt surface is better for most inkjetters.
There are, of course, instances when the inkjetter is not suitable and for those mailings we can output high quality thermal or laser labels which are then affixed to your mailer.
We take great care when hand affixing labels to preserve the quality of the mailer, as nothing looks worse than a label affixed at a 45% angle! |
